Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used items that come into direct contact with the mouth or face
E-liquids, vape juices, or any consumable products once opened
Custom or personalized items
Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
Gift cards or store credit
Items without original packaging or missing parts
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, here's what happens:
Inspection (1-2 business days): We inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy requirements
Approval: You'll receive an email notification once your return is approved
Refund Processing (3-5 business days): Your refund is processed to the original payment method
Credit Appears (5-10 business days): Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take additional time to appear
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

Place a new order for the item you want
Once your return is processed, you'll receive a refund

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged:

Include your order number and description of the issue
We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund

International Returns
International customers can return items, but please note:
