    • Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
    • Packaging: In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
    • Receipt: Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

    Non-Returnable Items

    For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Opened or used items that come into direct contact with the mouth or face
    • E-liquids, vape juices, or any consumable products once opened
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
    • Gift cards or store credit
    • Items without original packaging or missing parts

    How to Initiate a Return

    Follow these simple steps to return your item:

    Sign in to your account and navigate to "Order History" in your account dashboard.

    Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click "Return Items".

    Complete Return Form

    Select the items to return, choose a reason, and provide any additional details.

    Print Return Label

    You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email (for eligible returns).

    Ship Your Return

    Securely package your items with the return label and drop off at any authorized carrier location.

    Who Pays for Return Shipping?

    We Pay (Free Return Shipping):

    • Defective or damaged items
    • Incorrect items shipped
    • Items not as described

    You Pay:

    • Change of mind returns
    • Wrong size/color ordered by mistake
    • Item no longer needed

    Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (typically $5.99-$12.99 depending on item size/weight)

    Refund Process

    Once we receive your returned item, here's what happens:

    1. Inspection (1-2 business days): We inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy requirements
    2. Approval: You'll receive an email notification once your return is approved
    3. Refund Processing (3-5 business days): Your refund is processed to the original payment method
    4. Credit Appears (5-10 business days): Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take additional time to appear

    Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

    1. Return the unwanted item following our return process
    2. Place a new order for the item you want
    3. Once your return is processed, you'll receive a refund

    This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

    Defective or Damaged Items

    If your item arrives defective or damaged:

    • Contact us immediately at support@smokeshop.com with photos of the damage
    • Include your order number and description of the issue
    • We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund
    • You may be asked to return the defective item (we'll provide a prepaid label)

    International Returns

    International customers can return items, but please note:

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
    • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
    • Processing time may be longer for international returns
